Uploading a Verification Image

The Logos Academic Program requires verification of your student status. Acceptable verification documents include: student ID, class schedule, acceptance letter, or letter verifying your enrollment at your school. This proof of student status may have been provided by your school as a PDF document, or other media, but it must be uploaded as an image file. If you do not have this information in an image format (.JPG, .PNG or .GIF), please use the instructions below to take a screen-capture of your verification document.

Instructions for Mac Users:

Capturing an image on Mac is a very simple process:

    Instructions:
  • Open the verification document.
  • Make sure all the necessary information is currently visible on the screen.
  • On your keyboard, press Command+Shift+4 to open the screen-shot tool.
Your mouse will change to a crosshair icon.
  • Click and hold the mouse at the top-left corner of your document.
  • With the mouse button still held, drag the crosshair down to the bottom-right corner of the document.
  • Release the mouse button. A screenshot will be automatically saved to your Desktop.

You should now have an image for verification on your Desktop. Upload this image by filling out the application and clicking "Choose File" in step 3.
