Overview

This study of the great day of atonement found in Leviticus 16 examines the high priest’s entry into the most holy place. It provides, through a Hebrew grammar lesson, application and interpretation that point to the sacrifice’s connection with Christ as Messiah. Gary Staats explicates the original Hebrew word by word, breaking the passage down into five-part descriptions composed of the original Hebrew text, a vocabulary list, a grammar lesson, an English translation, and an application of the verse to Christian theology.

Logos Bible Software dramatically improves the value of this volume by enabling you to find what you’re looking for with unparalleled speed and precision. The Logos edition is fully searchable and easily accessible. Scripture passages link directly to your preferred English translation and to the original-language texts, and important theological concepts link to dictionaries, encyclopedias, and a wealth of resources in your digital library.
