From the Foreward: I submit this with prayer that you too will find, in thirty days, PEACE OF MIND. Others have and you can. Some have found it helpful the second and third readings when followed as suggested, only one day’s reading and meditation on any given day.
Unless this material is used, especially the first time, ONE DAY AT A TIME, much of its value will be lost.
