Overview

Jesus' compassion, miracles and teachings are seen through the eyes of Mark. The drama in this version of the Gospel peaks as Jesus asks, "Who do you say that I am?" With scripture reading, inspirational readings, questions to answer, space for journaling, and a prayer, it's like studying the Bible with Max Lucado.

I read this 108-Page, Twelve-Lesson, resource a long time ago in Logos. I was looking for a commentary--this is instead a study guide for a group [with some notes to aid leaders]. It doesn't cover all of Mark; instead, it attempts to help people learn how to study portions of the Bible--from Mark. This resource indicates an issue with Logos content though; licensing doesn't allow group sharing (or printing/distribution)--so how would someone actually use a resource like this? An individual can go through it & use the Logos Notes function to attach answers to the questions, but that fails to deliver the intended group experience. Telling a class to go out and but Logos and this one resource likewise seems to be unrealistic. This is probably why I gave it one of my lower in-Logos ratings when I read it C2C.
