Select Works on Christian Unity is a collection of late-nineteenth- and early-twentieth-century writings on the issue of reunification of the Anglican, Eastern Orthodox, and Roman Catholic Churches. These five volumes are made up of sermons, letters, and essays, many of which were produced for members of the Association for the Promotion of the Unity of Christendom, an organization dedicated to “united prayer that visible unity may be restored to Christendom.” This volume describes the fundamental doctrines of the Anglican and Greek churches.
