Top Highlights

“As well, the ‘Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus’ is so designed by God, that it will not function or work, when the Believer attempts to do for himself, what only the Spirit of God can do. In other words, the Holy Spirit will not override the Believer’s will, forcing him to let the Spirit take control instead of his own efforts.” (Page 251)

“This New Nature gives the Christian both the desire and the power to do God’s Will, and the desire and the power to refuse to obey the evil nature.” (Page 185)

“He has been deceived into thinking that for which his soul and spirit craves, can be fulfilled in the world” (Page 155)

“Man’s problem has always been Pride, which was actually the cause of the Fall in the Garden of Eden. So, if God had given man the power to keep the Law, he would have only been lifted up further in his Pride, seeing less need of God than more, which was the intention to begin with. The Law, as stated, was intended to show man his inability, not to increase his problem with even more Pride.” (Page 216)

“The word ‘Righteousness’ is the result of Justification by Faith. It is the act or process by which a man is brought into a right state as related to God.” (Page 94)
