Paul R. House is Associate Dean and Professor of Divinity at Beeson Divinity School, Samford University in Alabama. He contributed to the Word Biblical Commentary (58 volumes).

Eric Mitchell is Assistant Professor of Old Testament and Archaeology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas.
