About Zan Tyler

Zan Tyler is the Home School Resource and Media Consultant for Broadman & Holman Publishers and the Home School Editor for LifeWay. She has been a homeschooling mother, lobbyist, political strategist, and media spokesperson since 1984. Zan and her husband founded the South Carolina Association of Independent Home Schools in 1990, and she served as its president for ten years. Tyler co-authored Anyone Can Home School with Dr. Terry Dorian, and her work has also appeared in the prestigious Peabody Journal of Education and the Home School Court Report.
