Top Highlights

“Handbook of Psychotherapy and Behavior Change, 1994, p. 6, there is estimated to be over 400 different psychotherapeutic modalities offered to consumers via 10,000 or more techniques. In my opinion, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is perhaps one of the most effective secular modalities in use throughout the counseling field today. However, any counseling modality can only be as healing as its standard of right and wrong, its source of authority for determining healthy thinking and behavior.” (Page iv)

“I respectfully submit that only the unadulterated truth and methods of the Creator found in His Holy word, can bring true and eternal healing to lives damaged by sin.” (Page iv)

“In order to strengthen faith, we must often bring it in contact with the word” (Page 78)

“by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD” (Page 120)

“The stubborn fact remains that not a single objective test yet exists to prove the majority of the psychiatric ‘diseases’ listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).” (Page i)
