Why should we study the history of what the church has believed? What value does it bring us today? Sam Storms’ Historical Studies collection answers these questions and more, increasing your understanding of historical theology. Storms draws from personal experience and biblical insights to help you understand Christianity’s historical and biblical background. He also provides insights into the life of Jonathan Edwards, looks at the structure and rationale of Edwards’ arguments for exhaustive divine foreknowledge, and discusses concepts by Jonathan Edwards related to many other topics.
