Henry Airay (1559–1616) was educated at St. Edmund’s Hall and Queen’s College in Oxford before becoming the minister of the University. In 1606, he went on to become the vice-chancellor of Queen’s College Oxford. Airay was buried in the chapel at Queen’s College.
