Take yourself to a summer day; the wind is blowing and you see those beautiful dandelion sprinkles drifting in the sky. This book brings back the joy of the first time you saw one and the excitement of waiting to see the first one of the season. Cozy up with a warm blanket and your favorite snuggly bear and drift away . . .
“How nice! This book brought me back to my childhood days of
playing with those ‘wispy floating globes’ in the yard, making a
wish, and blowing! But the last two lines go so much
further—acknowledging the uniqueness of nature and, most
importantly, ourselves. Thank you, Lauri!”
