A Treasury of Great Preaching has been written to provide inspirational reading, resources for study in history and homiletics, and tools for ministers in the preparation of their sermons, devotions, and religious writings.
Over ninety preachers and their sermons are included. The historical period covered is from the first century to 1995. Only one era has no representatives—the period from approximately A.D. 500 to 1000.
