This is a fantastic leadership book. The principles from this book are taken straight from God's word. This book is filled with great wisdom. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a leadership role and especially for ministers. This is a must read!
  4. Dennis Schaffer
This book resonated with me because it was not just another leadership book. Blackaby and Blackaby present leadership from God's perspective, not just leadership with biblical principles tacked on. Of all the leadership books I have, which are many, this one ranks at the top. It's as much challenging as it is encouraging and inspirational. Every leader (or wanna be) needs this book on his or her bookshelf.

The only reason I didn't care for it is....because it's another "leadership" book.
