Terms of Refer a Friend Promotion

  1. In order to participate in the Refer A Friend program, the referrer must own one of the following packages: Christian Home Library, Bible Study Library, Pastor's Library, Leader's Library, Original Languages Library, Scholar's Library, Scholar's Library: Silver, Scholar's Library: Gold, Scholar's Library: Platinum.
  2. In order for a referral to be valid, the referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously purchased any Logos/Libronix products.
  3. The referred customer must purchase their Logos Bible Software base collection from www.logos.com and use the email address they were referred with to receive the promotional discount on their package.
  4. The referral discount applies only to the following packages: Christian Home Library, Bible Study Library, Leader's Library, Original Languages Library, Scholar's Library, Scholar's Library: Silver, Scholar's Library: Gold, Scholar's Library: Platinum.
  5. The referral reward Gift Certificate will be awarded only after a valid purchase.
  6. The new referred customer must use the email address that their referral invitation was sent to when they complete their purchase in order for the referrer to receive credit for their purchase.
  7. There is no limit to the number of friends a customer may refer.
  8. Only one person may be associated with each referred email address, and only one Gift Certificate will be awarded per referred customer purchase. (For example, if five people in the church try to refer the pastor, only the first one will be associated with the referral, and the others will not be accepted.)
  9. Referrers must personally be acquainted with the person that they are referring. Any use of this system to send SPAM or otherwise harassing emails is strictly forbidden and may be prosecuted. 
  10. The referrer will be granted their award Gift Certificate via email upon completion of the referred customer's purchase.
  11. Gift Certificates awarded through this promotion may only be used for web purchases at www.logos.com. Credits or discounts related to the Refer A Friend promotion are not valid for phone orders.
  12. Gift Certificates may not be used toward pre-publication or Community Pricing titles.
  13. Each Gift Certificate must be applied toward a separate purchase. Multiple referral reward Gift Certificates may not be combined toward a single purchase.
  14. Gift Certificates earned through the Refer A Friend promotion expire if not used after one year.
  15. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
  16. Gift Certificates are not awarded when a referred customer purchases via the academic discount program.
  17. Logos Research Systems Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel the Refer A Friend promotion at any time.
