If you ask Bob what he’d rather be doing, he quite simply says: nothing.

As he puts it in Start Next Now, “The joy I find in my daily work doesn’t come from money or position, but rather from doing purposeful work I love with people I love. And I am wise enough to know that I am not a self-made man. I am the beneficiary of many advantages, not the least of which is permission.”
