or incorrect Libronix Customer ID in your Logos.com web account. Please
call Customer Support at (800) 875-6467 or send an email to
support@logos.com so we can unlock it for you. The

- What is the difference between an Update and an Upgrade?
- An 'Update' includes changes (fixes and enhancements) to the Libronix DLS
software engine and/or new versions of your currently-owned addin modules and resources,
etc. An 'Update' can be downloaded at no charge using either of the two methods
above.
- An 'Upgrade' includes new books, addins, and features that you do not currently
own. You can 'upgrade' to a larger collection or to a newer version of your current
collection. For instance, if you own a 'Scholar's Library (ND)', you could upgrade
to a 'Scholar's Library: Gold (ND)'. Or, if you own a pre-3.0 'Scholar's Library
(RA or QB)', you could upgrade to a 3.0 'Scholar's Library (ND)'. An upgrade must
be purchased, and a discount may be available. To see what 'upgrades/discounts'
you qualify for, enter your Customer ID in the
Upgrade Now! box.
