Missing Graphics: Verb River, Biblical People, Graphs, etc.

Problem

When you generate a report with graphics, such as Verb River, Biblical People, Compare Versions-Bible Clusters by Word Choice, Graph Bible Search Results, etc., the graphic portion of the report does not appear.

Solution

This problem can occur when VML (Vector Markup Language) has been disabled on a Windows computer to protect against an Internet Explorer vulnerability. You may or may not be aware that VML has been disabled. Microsoft has released Security Updates to address this vulnerabilty, so if you have Automatic Windows Updates enabled, or ran Windows Updates after October 1, 2006, your system should be protected against the vulnerability. To re-enable VML, click on Start > Run and type (or copy and paste) the following command, then click OK:

regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VGX\vgx.dll"
