Blank Pages or Sections in Resources
Problem:
When you open or scroll through a resource, pages or sections are blank where text should be.
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Cause: Libronix remains open for a long period of time, and the computer may enter standby or hibernation mode.
Solution: Close Libronix and restart the computer.Cause: If it occurs in only one resource, that resource may need to be fixed and replaced.
Solution: Contact Customer Support at (800) 875-6467 to see if an updated version of the book file is available for download.Cause: If only Hebrew text is missing, and the BibleWorks program is also installed, there may be a conflict with the Hebrew font.
Solution: Update BibleWorks, then update Libronix DLS. If BibleWorks is not installed, restarting the computer may resolve the problem.
