News and Blogs Sections on Logos Bible Software Home Page Do Not Refresh
Problem:
The News and Blogs sections on the Logos Bible Software Home Page are not refreshing properly to show up-to-date information, even with an active Internet connection.
Solution:
This can be caused by having the Proxy Server section enabled without a valid proxy server specified in the Connections section of Internet Options. To change this setting, follow the steps below:
- Click on Start | Control Panel and double-click on Internet Options.
- Click on the Connections tab.
- Click on the LAN Settings... button.
- Deselect the box next to "Use a proxy server for your LAN ..." and click OK.
