The book of Daniel is discussed in two divisions. Firstly the historical division that covers the dreams Daniel explains, the golden image and the lion's den. Secondly the predictive division covering Daniel's visions. This book is fascinating in its revelation of events which are still future to us, but it is much more than that for it reveals the relationship between a man who was extremely close to his God, and in so doing it contains much challenge to the serious believer.
