About Samuel J. Andrews

Samuel J. Andrews (1817–1906) was born in Danbury, Connecticut. He graduated from Williams College in 1839, practiced law for numerous years, and later on became a Congregational clergyman from 1848 to 1855. In 1856, he became pastor of the Catholic and Apostolic Church at Hartford, Connecticut.
