Logos Bible Software is looking for a marketing assistant to promote the higher education Knox/Logos Partnership. Logos has teamed up with Knox Seminary to do all the marketing for their degree programs. We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the educational world, academics, admissions, and a working knowledge of educational marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and research relevant bloggers, academic organizations, and other third parties to promote higher education
- Connect with experts in the field and form strategic relationships
- Work with the press relations coordinator to write and distribute press releases and get our partnerships and degree programs mentioned in the press, etc.
- Assist in promotional planning and execution
- Track sales and analytics for ads, blog posts, emails, and other promotional materials
Candidates for this job will have:
- Ability to take ownership of projects and accomplish tasks with excellence
- An understanding of Christian lay, academic, and pastoral markets
- A basic understanding of and ability to write HTML and CSS
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of projects and accomplish tasks with excellence
- A thorough knowledge of blogs and social media
- A working knowledge of Christian ebooks and media
- Online research skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple high-priority projects
