Logos is hiring a motivated and outgoing Desktop Support Technician to join our Operations team. As a team member in a technology driven environment, you will be consistently challenged and engaged in solving diverse and interesting problems. You will deploy workstations, troubleshoot hardware and software, diagnose network connectivity issues, and more. Your professional and technical skills will be expanded through an array of special projects done in collaboration with other talented professionals.
The ideal candidate will have
- Technical knowledge and experience with Windows OS, Mac OS X, iOS & Android
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of staff
- An aptitude for technology, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work automatously
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional, A+, Network+ certification, or an associate’s degree in computer information systems or a related discipline
