This is an agreement between you and Logos Research Systems, Inc. (dba Logos Bible Software, "Logos"). Please read this license agreement and terms of use for the Logos Bible Software for iPhone App (the "Application") prior to using the Application. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should not use the Application.
The Application is designed for devices with internet access. You are responsible for any associated fees charged by your internet access provider. When internet access is not available, the Application will have limited functionality.
A number of resources are made available for use within the Application. Logos reserves the right to change the resources available at any time, pursuant to the rest of this agreement.
If you own a Logos 4 base package, Logos will allow you access within the Application to resources in your library if 1) Logos has secured licensing permissions from the publisher, and 2) Logos has enabled the resource for access within the Application.
Any resources you download onto your device through the Application may be removed if you sign out of the Application.
Neither downloading, installing, or accessing resources shall constitute ownership of resources. All resources are available at Logos' discretion, and are accessible only under the licensing terms of this agreement and that of their various publisher agreements. Resources that are enabled for the Application in error, by request of the publisher, at the discretion of Logos, or of a court of competent jurisdiction, whether downloaded to a device or available through wireless access, may be removed at our sole discretion without notice or remedy.
Logos reserves the right to anonymously track and report users' activity inside of the Application so that we may better understand how users use the application and how best to deliver future enhancements.
Logos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of the Application, service and digital content is at your own risk. The Application, service and digital content is provided "as is" with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
