Exegetical Guide shows the power of Logos Bible Software to automate your study. From nothing more than a Bible reference it pulls together a detailed analysis of the underlying Hebrew or Greek text with roots, glosses, parsing, and links to appropriate lexicon articles.
The links can even be expanded in place to build a custom report, in textual word order, on the passage you're studying.
Improved Word by Word Analysis!
One of the most exciting elements of the new Exegetical Guide is the improved Word by Word analysis! Type in the verse(s) you would like to study and the Exegetical Guide will create a bar graph for each word that illustrates how often the word is used in other books of the Old or New Testament. In one glance you can see which other books you should look to for cross references.
Please Note: In order to maximize the benefits of the Original Languages Addin, you must own the resources compatible with the Exegetical Guide. If you already own an electronic version of the Greek New Testament or Hebrew Old Testament and a Lexicon for Greek or Hebrew studies, the Original Languages addin would enable you to use those texts more efficiently. Some other recommended resources include:

- The New American Standard Version (1995 Update) or the King James Version
- Interlinear Texts
