Versification in The Message

The Logos Bible Software edition of The Message has been versified by the publisher. This means it will work optimally with all the features in the Libronix DLS.

By default, verse numbers are not displayed in order to preserve the format of the print edition. But even when the numbers are not displayed they are part of the tagging and Libronix DLS knows they are there. The Parallel Bible Versions report, for example, will align each verse of The Message alongside other Bibles you may own.

To display verse numbers in the text, open The Message and click View | Bible Text Only. Verse numbers will now be displayed (chapter numbers and book titles will not be displayed).
