Morris Proctor CD will only play audio, not video.

Problem:

The Morris Proctor's Video Reference Guide on CD-ROM does not play video, but does play audio.

Solution: 

The user may have dual monitors.  If so, one of the monitors needs to be disabled in order for the video to play.  Otherwise, if you contact Logos Technical Support at tech@logos.com or by phone at (800) 875-6467, they will be able to assist you in fixing the problem.
