Question Marks in Greek Text in Windows 98 or Windows ME

Problem:

Question marks are displayed instead of Greek characters in the text or in the contents pane of Greek resources.

Cause:

The Libronix DLS uses the Uniscribe library to display Greek text. Certain versions of this library are incompatible with Windows 98/ME.

Solution:

The latest version that is known to work on these operating systems is v1.325.2180.1. To resolve the problem, download v1.325.2180.1 of usp10.dll and save it in the C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS\System folder.
