Restoring a Logos Library System (LLS) backup in Libronix 1.1a
Problem:
If you have Libronix Series X version 1.1a, and you attempt to restore Logos Library System (LLS) 2.x licenses from a logos.lsb file, Libronix will freeze and the licenses will not be restored.
Solution:
This problem was fixed in Libronix 2.0. Click here to upgrade to the latest version.
If for some reason you cannot update, you can follow these instructions to restore your licenses.
- Install the Logos Library System on the same computer that Libronix Series X is installed to.
- Restore the licenses in the Logos Library System through Tools | Restore System Files From Backup.
- Open Libronix and it will automatically incorporate the LLS licenses.
- Backup the Libronix licenses through Tools | Library Management | Backup Licenses.
- You can then uninstall LLS if you do not want to keep it on your computer. To remove Logos delete the folders C:\LOGOS and C\:LRSYSTEM.
