Error code 3 during Libronix installation

Problem:

The installation of Libronix is halted by

Error Code 3 Exception 0x80004005 (the exception number could be different) 

Solution:

Generally this error is closely related to Error Code 6, and so the same fixes for those should take care of this problem. 

• For customers running Windows XP, click here and follow the instructions to run Repair Manifests, a diagnostic tool that can repair one of the causes of this problem.
• If you are not running Windows XP, or the Repair Manifests tool has not fixed the problem, follow these instructions to remove the parts of the program that have been installed and try the install again.
